* Reservations are only available for check-in Tuesday 6/24/2025 to check-out Sunday 6/29/2025 OR check-in Wednesday 6/25/2025 to check-out Sunday 6/29/2025.

* Your reservation includes a non-refundable deposit of $300.

* Only one room reservation per person.

* All payment-plan payments will be automatically processed every 30-days from the date of the initial payment until the balance is paid in full. A missed payment is subject to room cancellation.

* The last day to cancel and receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit is May 2, 2025. There are no refunds after May 2, 2025.

* The last day to make a name change, transfer your room or add a name to your reservations is June 12th, 2025. As of June 13th, 2025, no additional modifications or transfers can be made and all reservations are final.

* Reservation transfers are only allowed AFTER the room is paid in full.

* A credit card and valid photo identification are required at check-in for any incidentals. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation to be able to check-in.
